If I Could Catch The Light by Rowena Kemp     If I could catch the light One single candle would make I’d sow it into my heart So I’d never be cold again     If I could catch the light One bright star would make I’d put it in my room So I’d never be afraid of the dark     If I could catch the light Of the sad sad moon I’d place it over the roads And guide a weary traveler home     But I wouldn’t want To catch the light of the sun For it keeps me warm during the day And frightens the dark away.
