On December 1, 2017, Walt Disney Records digitally released the first holiday compilation album featuring stars of Disney Junior.  A daily programming block on the Disney Channel, in addition to a 24-hour channel, Disney Junior’s series blend Disney’s storytelling and beloved characters with learning math, language skills, healthy eating and lifestyles and social skills.  Incorporating specific learning and development themes designed for kids ages 2 thru 7, the series invite parents to join their children in experiencing the magic, music and heartfelt tales of Disney.

Disney Junior Music Holiday Hits features twenty-five tracks of holiday-based music from Disney Junior favorites like Elena of Avalor, The Lion Guard, Vampirina, Mickey and the Roadster Racers, Puppy Dog Pals, Sofia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Sheriff Callie's Wild West, Goldie and Bear and the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  There are no classics on this album, but all new songs created just for the holidays and sung by your children’s favorite Disney Junior characters.

Through these characters, the children learn how different people around the world celebrate Christmas, the traditions celebrated by different families and more in songs like Home for Navidad, Christmas in the Pridelands, There's Snowplace Like Home, The Way a Feast Should Go and more.  There are fun songs like Yo Ho Holiday, It's Fun to Skate, Come Take a Trip with Me, Hot Dog Holiday and more.  And there are heartfelt songs that teach just what is most important about Christmas like From the Heart

Available digitally on December 1, 2017, the songs can also be heard on Apple Music’s Disney Junior Radio Station.  I enjoyed the Disney Junior Music Holiday Hits album and believe that families with children who are fans of the Disney Junior shows will find a lot to love about this album as well.
